25 year old vines that are harvested in mid October and then undergo cool fermentation in high grade stainless steel tanks produce this exotic Grüner Veltliner that is fruity on the nose and palate and with a hint of spice.
Well, it is from the Weinviertel after all.
This wine won a place in the Salon, regarded as the Austrian national championship for wines. A full-bodied GruVe with finesse and elegance in the finish. We absolutely loved this wine and decided to include it on our list from the moment we first tasted it.
